Emotionally Unavailable: Choice or Condition? — Wonders Around Me part 19

Image
Emotionally Unavailable: Choice or Condition? — Wonders Around Me Series “I’ve noticed a strange kind of people around me…” Welcome to another part of the wonders around me. “In a world learning to feel less, choosing to feel—and to be there—might just be the rarest form of humanity.” Guys, I believe human beings are human because of two things:  intelligence and emotions . Out of these, the first one is easy to transmit nowadays and propagate in any form. No harm. But there’s a catch in the second one— emotions . Yup. Intelligence couldn’t replicate, create, or imbibe emotions into machines. Now, call it a loss for intelligence or a win for emotions—because they are that special. However, today’s generation does not consider them worthy of anything. Yet, they casualise random dating trends to let out emotions manipulatively and speak whatever they want to the other person, who pretends to listen, probably never to meet again. Anyways, everyone feels tons o...

Introduction- 'चाणक्यश्रेयिका'

'चाणक्यश्रेयिका' अर्थशास्त्रसूत्राणां जीवनोपयोगी विवेचनम् Chanakya did not write to impress. He wrote to warn, prepare, and protect. In an age where wisdom is reduced to quotes and motivation is diluted into comfort, Arthashastra stands like an unsmiling teacher—asking uncomfortable questions, offering unapologetic answers. This series is my attempt to listen to Chanakya without filters. Over the next 100 blogs, I will be engaging with some of the most powerful sutras of Kautilya’s Arthashastra—not as distant historical statements, but as living principles that still govern human behaviour, leadership, success, failure, psychology, and even science. Each blog in this series will follow a deliberate structure: • The Sutra – as it is, uncompromised • Classical Sanskrit explanation – decoded, not diluted • My commentary – where ancient realism meets modern life • English interpretation – clear, contextual, practica...

To whoemever it may concern..Letter 2- "A love letter to learning, not perfection."

Image
I fell in love with learning the day I stopped trying to impress it. Learning never demands. When I allowed myself to be wrong, confused, and unfinished, knowledge finally opened its doors to me. Perfection, I’ve realised, is only a peak stage of this love—one that requires consistency, not mere greed. Dear Learning, you have amazed me every time. You have given me confidence, and you truly are someone who adds value to my life. You’ve given me my own identity. With you, I don’t have to worry about outcomes or judgments. It’s never the same with perfection, though it is far more glorified. My eyes fill with rage when the world says that only perfection leads to success, and never mentions that it is you who makes success possible. You have brought bright moments into my life. The things I once disliked now feel interesting with you. With you, everything comes to life. With you, everything feels meaningful. You have given me the most precious thing I own—my perspective. What...

"Tiny Questions, Huge Impact"

Image
Hey there! How are you all? Today, we are going to talk about questions —the ones that make us feel loved, cared for, and most importantly, remind us that we are human. The most human thing is interrogation . “I wonder how this works?”—originating from curiosity, questions have the power to give rise to inventions! Simple ones like “How are you? Where are you? Did you reach home?” —wrapped in concern—deliver care and love. Others like “Isn’t the weather good today? How was your day?” act as little hammers to break the ice, bringing new connections and deepening the ones already flourishing. Of course, questions also have their darker shades: “Have you committed the crime? Better admit at the count of three..” —some bring out truth at gunpoint. Then there are the soulful ones: “What is my purpose in life? What makes me happy?” These act as lighthouses, guiding our inner selves. Sometimes, I even wonder—what was the first-ever question thought of? Questioning has evidently b...
